The additional value of the Kyndryl spinoff adds $7,797.80 to the 1970 purchase, $12,348.67 to the 1975 purchase, $6,886.18 to the 1980 purchase, $2,823.12 to 1985 purchase, $2,924.26 to the 1990 purchase, $3,187.45 to the 1995 purchase, and less than $560 to every time frame 2000 or later.

IBM has not performed as well as many of the other stocks listed in our guide.
